Our policies
What to know before you book a visit.
Booking and deposits
Every visit takes a deposit that holds your date and goes toward your service. The booking page shows it before you confirm, and we message you to confirm the address, the guest count and the time.
Canceling and running late
Tell us at least 48 hours before your date, and we can move it once. If you are not ready 15 minutes after we arrive, we may shorten each guest's time to keep the day on schedule.
If you miss an appointment
If nobody answers at the address and we cannot reach you, the visit counts as missed and the deposit stays with that date. A new date takes a new deposit.
Children and companions
Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian at the visit. Quinceañera courts and birthday tables are welcome; we ask that younger children stay with an adult, away from the lamp and the tools.
Patch tests and allergies
Tell us before we start if you have reacted to a nail product, or if you have a cut, a sore or an infection on your hands or feet. We may ask you to see your doctor first and will gladly rebook you. If you have diabetes or a wound on your foot, check with your doctor before a pedicure.
If you're not happy
Tell us within a few days and we'll make it right. If your nails were done somewhere else, book removal first, and please don't pull off gel or soft-gel yourself.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can hand one to Yazmine at the visit, or add it when you book.
